KRDO NEWS CHANNEL 13 & The Colorado Springs Gazzette go after one another.

ABC station KRDO News Channel 13 and the Colorado Springs Gazette are ripping each other over the way they are each covering a story regarding Colorado Springs Identity as "Olympic City USA".

The newspaper who is "all in" on the idea of Colorado Springs using "Olympic City USA" has called KRDO's reporting on the subject "sensational" & has reported that the city might have an identity crisis.

KRDO fired back accusing the editor of the Gazzette of bias reporting & having a "Poorly Researched" article.

After you read the article, please let me know what you all think of this, I think it's silly. But maybe it will boost ratings for KRDO??

Production & Assingment desk staffers at Nexstar's KDVR/KFCT & KWGN have voted to become unionized.

KDVR/KFCT & KWGN production & assignment desk staffers have voted to Unionize with the NABET/CWA Local 52   This comes on the heels of the Nexstar Master control hub employees voting to unionize back in January with the NABET/CWA Local 52.

Local 52 prior to this only represented master control & production employees of KCNC -- CBS News Colorado, they have been union since September 1995 shortly after the big affiliation switch, when KCNC was purchased by Group W/CBS.
