9NEWS & Channel 20 have launched the "Weather Out West" live stream.

9NEWS & Channel 20 announced this past Friday (June 27th) they are helping to launch the "Weather Out West" stream, it appears this will be updated several times a day by Tegna stations across the western U.S.  The stream will have rolling forecast's from the Weather Impact Teams of the following stations:

• KUSA/KTVD, DENVER 
• KPNX, PHOENIX-MESA 
• KING/KONG, SEATTLE
• KTVB, BOISE 
• KREM, SPOKANE
• KGW, PORTLAND 
• KXTV, SACRAMENTO

Meterologist Ian Kowalski has joined CBS5 & FOX4.

KREX (CBS5) & KFQX (FOX4) the Duopoly in Grand Junction has added Meteorologist Ian Kowalski to the weather team, He began in late May he joins the Grand Junction duopoly from station WANE-15 in Indiana, prior to his work at WANE he was a student meteorologist at NewsLink Indiana the student run operation at Ball State University.

Reporter Jared Dean has joined FOX31 & Colorado's Own Channel 2 in recent weeks.

Reporter Jared Dean joined FOX31 & Colorado's Own Channel 2 in late May as a general assignment reporter. 

He comes to KDVR/KFCT & KWGN from KKTV 11 in Colorado Springs / Pueblo, where he was also a general assignment reporter & sports reporter, prior to his time in Colorado Springs he was a reporter in Minnesota.

Reporter Shallima Maharaj has joined 9NEWS & Channel 20 from Global News in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan & Toronto, Ontario where she was a reporter & anchor on various newscasts.  She was most recently in Saskatchewan where she covered the large Fort McMurray wild fire last summer.   She started on air last week.
