A Seattle based Commercial real-estate firm called Urban Renaissance Group, has purchased the 100,000 square-foot FOX 31 & Channel 2 News studios (AKA: "The FOX31 News & Technology Center") at 100 E. Speer Blvd in Denver for $23 Million. KDVR & KWGN's parent company Tribune Broadcasting continues to hold a long term lease for the whole building.
