Mission Broadcasting's year long blackout on Dish Network has finally ended.

The year long re-transmission dispute between Dish Network at Mission Broadcasting has finally come to an end.  The dispute was resolved Wednesday morning and the signals returned to Dish Network at around 7PM Wednesday night. The agreement is good for 3years.

The dispute was over re-trans fees and began Friday January 6, 2023, talks started to finally pick up again in the last few weeks and both sides were able to reach an agreement to return the signals to Dish Network.  Mission stations are managed by Nexstar Media, LLC the largest owner of local TV stations in the country.

In Colorado this blackout affected 1 station, KFQX  FOX4 in Grand Junction, but this dispute affected many other stations across the country including WPIX the CW station in New York City,WXXA the FOX station in Albany, NY, KASY MyNetwork TV in Albuquerque, NM & Satellite KRWB in Roswell, NM. just to name a few.
