It looks as if Tegna Media & DirecTV / AT&T U-Verse are headed for a potential blackout. The blackout began just a few minutes ago, so viewers in Denver have now lost access to KUSA (NBC) & KTVD (My Network TV) Programing around 6:00PM MDT This evening, the last time negotiations broke down Tegna stations across the country were off of the sat caster for almost a month.
As usual we will have a clock going on this blog to track how long this dispute will last.
Beyond Colorado, Tegna owns stations in:
- Atlanta, WXIA -NBC WATL--My Network TV
- Phoenix, KPNX -NBC
- Jacksonville, WTLV -NBC WJXX -ABC
- Washington D.C., WUSA -CBS
- Houston: KHOU - CBS, KTBU - QUEST
- Charlotte: WCNC - NBC
- Cleveland: WKYC - NBC
And many other markets, The Blackout began at 7:13PM MDT, so the clock is at the top of this blog until the Denver signals return, I have a feeling this could be a lengthy blackout so stay tuned...
